Booking

Reserve your date

Availability moves quickly in wedding season. Send your date and the details, and you'll have an answer within 24 hours.

How booking works

  1. 1.Send the details

A short form — date, venue, guest count and what you have in mind. Two minutes, no commitment.

  2. 2.Reply within 24 hours

We confirm availability and send a package and price built around your event, not a template.

  3. 3.Plan the night

A call to walk through timings, must-plays, do-not-plays and how the room should feel at each point.

Send your request

Four short steps. All we insist on is your name, a way to reach you, and the date.

What a booking includes

Every package starts here. Scale, staging and extras are quoted around your venue and guest count.

  • Planning consultation

A full call before the day to map timings, key moments and the sound of each part of the night.

  • Professional sound

System sized and tuned to your venue, with the coverage a room of your size actually needs.

  • Lighting

Dance-floor and ambient lighting programmed to the run sheet, not left running on a loop.

  • MC & announcements

Announcements handled in English, Arabic or French — or coordinated with your own MC.

  • Custom playlist

Your must-plays, your do-not-plays, and a set built live around how the room is actually responding.

  • Backup equipment

Redundant decks, mixer and power on site. A technical failure is never the reason a night stops.

Common questions

For a Lebanese wedding between June and September, six to twelve months is normal — peak Saturdays go first. Off-season and weekday events are often possible with a month's notice. If your date is close, send it anyway; cancellations happen.

Regularly. Joseph plays across the Gulf, Cyprus, Europe and further for destination events. Travel, accommodation and equipment logistics are quoted transparently as a separate line — no surprises after the fact.

The date is held once a signed agreement and deposit are in place. The balance is due on the event day. Deposit terms and the cancellation policy are set out in full in the agreement before anything is paid.

Yes — and you should. Every booking includes a must-play list and, just as importantly, a do-not-play list. Joseph builds the set live from those around what the floor is actually responding to, rather than running a fixed playlist top to bottom.

Power, a booth or table position with a sightline to the dance floor, and access for setup a few hours before guests arrive. Joseph coordinates directly with the venue's technical team once the date is confirmed.
